Seven Judgments: the preview encounter explained

The short answer

The briefing distinguishes defensive responses by attack. A lifted strike permits a parry; the coordinated group assault requires a dodge.

The formation

Decree receives healing from disciples and can restore their numbers. This is a connected encounter, rather than seven independent duels.

The puppet

The second phase introduces Tyrannical Decree. Damage or depleted Sha-Chi brings the puppet down, creating an opening. Red-thread volleys require evasion; its thrust allows a dodge or parry.
